How Our Camping Equipment Rental Process Works

1. View Our Products

Visit the ‘Our Products’ section and choose from our carefully curated bundles to rent. Alternatively, you can customise your own camping equipment bundle through the ‘Customise’ option. Once you've made your selection, head to the ‘Contact’ page to submit your details or add the items to your cart and proceed to checkout. Our team will get in touch with you within 12 hours to finalize your gear rental and ensure all your needs are met.

2. Sign Rental Agreement & Payment

Once we confirm your order, you’ll receive a rental agreement to sign. After signing, make your payment, and your camping gear rental will be fully confirmed!

3. Receive Helpful Camping Guides

Within 24 hours of placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation along with helpful camping guides and checklists. If this is your first camping trip, we’re here to answer any questions and send you clear instructions on how to set up your gear.

4. You Pick Up Your Gear

You pick up your equipment from our convenient location just 10 minutes from Muscat International Airport. We will have your gear ready on time the day your reservation starts, giving you ample time to pack your car and head out on your adventure without stress.

5. You Enjoy!

Now it’s time to head out and enjoy the beauty of Oman’s outdoors with your rented camping gear. Have a fantastic trip!

6. You Drop Off Your Gear

After your trip, return your gear to our pickup/drop-off location. Please ensure the equipment is clean, dry, and in the exact same condition as it was handed to you.

7. We Inspect the Equipment

We have 7 business days to inspect the gear for any damages or losses:

  • Damages: If any product is damaged, a repair cost will be charged.

  • Cleaning: Should the equipment require extensive cleaning (such as soaking, scrubbing, stain removal, or dirt removal), a cleaning fee will apply.

  • Late Returns: If the gear is returned late (i.e., not dropped off on the agreed-upon date), a late fee will be charged based on the daily rental rate.
